HCTec’s Trade Street District Office Provides Centrally Located Call Center and Space Dedicated to Quality Assurance Team Operations

Winston-Salem, N.C. (May 4, 2022) — HCTec, an award-winning IT services firm serving diverse health systems and healthcare provider organizations, announced today the opening of its expanded offices in downtown Winston-Salem, N.C. Located one block from Truist Stadium, home of the Winston-Salem Dash baseball team, this new expansion adds to the city’s revitalization initiatives including the addition of mixed-use, commercial, parks, and residential properties. HCTec’s expanded office suites accommodate the company’s recent growth across service sectors including comprehensive managed services, quality assurance, and general call center support.

“Today we’re celebrating our expanded capacity to serve an ever-growing list of health systems and healthcare provider clients,” said Bill Grana, CEO of HCTec. “Our purpose has always been to deliver high quality IT solutions that improve and enable our clients’ financial performance, operational efficiency, and quality of clinical services. Adding additional office space to accommodate our growing team of IT professionals gives us increased ability to carry out this purpose.”

HCTec’s office expansion adds over 5,000 square feet, bringing its total office footprint in Winston-Salem to nearly 20,000. The renovations expanded the office to occupy all three floors of their current building and highlights HCTec’s accelerating growth. The newly renovated space will house corporate staff and HCTec’s internal IT operations to allow the expansion of the existing call center by 30 new workstations. With more than 500 employees located across the U.S., the new office space fosters the company’s future growth. The Winston-Salem office, established through HCTec’s acquisition of Talon Healthy IT Services last summer, is one of four locations providing services in key metro markets including Nashville, Tenn., and Milwaukee, Wis.

“The Winston-Salem and Forsyth County region is an ecosystem supporting innovation and growth for businesses and their employees, and one in which our HCTec Winston-Salem team is thriving,” said Mike Linville, executive director of HCTec, based in the Winston-Salem, N.C. office, “HCTec wants to harness this momentum, the robust growth in the region, and our team, strengthening our partnership with clients and our broader team.”
