Bill Grana Chief Executive Officer

Bill is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology professional with a diverse background in mergers and acquisitions, finance, law, and other business functions. He comes to HCTec with extensive leadership experience of early-stage high-growth technology companies.

William Bartholomew President & Founder

William Bartholomew founded HCTec in 2010 and has led the company through incredible growth and transition since its inception. In addition to his executive leadership role, he is a leader for HCTec’s Managed Services IT service desk and application management support practice. William launched HCTec’s healthcare Managed Services division in 2016 and received the CHIME Collaboration Award with Saint Luke’s (Kansas City) in 2017.

Mike Linville Executive Director

Recently acquired by HCTec, Mike was the founder and CEO of Talon Healthy IT Services, a managed services provider founded to fill the demand for a dedicated focus on IT helpdesk services in the healthcare sector. Mike is an entrepreneur at heart, bringing over 25 years of experience in the technology industry to drive the expansion of our M&A ventures.

Rob is an IT executive with over 25 years of experience in healthcare information technology. During his career, Rob has used his background in data and technology to lead information technology teams and organizations through periods of growth and change.

Mitch Buse Senior Vice President, Managed Services

Mitch is a proven healthcare executive with over 25 years of experience in both the healthcare IT and medical device spaces. He has expertise in introducing new solutions to market, as he did with our healthcare Managed Services division, and has lead business development, sales, strategy, and delivery teams at multi-billion dollar companies and several startups.

Jeff Kennedy Vice President, Business Development

Jeff brings 40 years of experience in providing leadership and management oversight for multi-million dollar organizations in both the vendor service provider and the healthcare provider spaces.

His experience and background as a solutions provider and an in-house service provider are instrumental in providing vision and direction to achieve successful service delivery for our clients.

Dan O’Connor Vice President, Client Experience

Dan brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare technology to HCTec. He has a proven track record of delivering solutions that improve patient safety, care quality and client satisfaction through technology advancement and adoption.

Seann Mulligan Vice President, Strategic Delivery

Seann is a 20-year staffing industry leader and recruiting expert with proven track record of success building and driving high-impact growth initiatives and teams. He brings extensive experience building high-volume, centralized delivery teams and strategies for IT and healthcare organizations.

Bernard Rush Vice President, Tier 2 Applications

Bernard has more than 20 years of experience working with EHRs, spending the past 10 years working with Epic. He has deep in knowledge EHR design, planning, build, testing, training, go-live support, optimization, upgrades, updates, and steady state support.

Steven Norris Vice President, Technical Services

Steven brings over 20 years of technical and executive experience in the IT industry to HCTec. He has a depth of knowledge in the managed service provider space and specializes in the strategic development and deployment of technical infrastructure solutions for internal IT and client organizations.

Diane Snyder Vice President, Human Resources

Diane is a seasoned HR executive and joined HCTec in 2014. Throughout her career, Diane has used her expertise in strategic planning, talent management and employee engagement to build comprehensive HR departments that foster long-term success and organizational effectiveness.

Lei Zheng, CPA Controller

Lei is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all financial aspects of the business. Highly trained with over 10 years of experience in public and private accounting, Lei brings professional skills in handling HCTec’s day-to-day financial management and solid expertise in financial reporting.
