Position Summary or Value Proposition: The Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining an assigned territory as well as building relationships with clients in that territory.  Operates as the lead point of contact for all matters related to their specific accounts.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The MS Recruiter is primarily responsible for locating, selecting, and placing candidates in HCTec’s Managed Services business, as well as maintaining a robust pipeline of candidates. Additionally, this position is accountable for ensuring an efficient and positive recruitment and selection process for prospective Tier 1 and Tier 2 candidates.

This position is located in our Winston-Salem, NC office and is a full-time in-the-office position.

Needs Assessment, Sourcing and Pipelining

  • Creates positive, consultative relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand Managed Services position candidate profiles.
  • Develops HCTec Managed Services employee brand presence on appropriate sourcing platforms (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, Glassdoor) to attract talent in line with profile requirements.
  • Proactively reaches out to passive candidates to share HCTec value proposition, build excitement for Managed Services business, and generate interest.
  • Maintains pipeline and candidate records in appropriate Applicant Tracking System; generates regular reports and analyzes results to share feedback with stakeholders on time to hire, quality of hire, and sourcing.
