Consultant Experience Specialist (Brentwood, )

The Consultant Experience Specialist is responsible for the management of Consultant Experience Plan and loyalty, by promoting and providing excellent customer service, facilitating redeployment of consultants, and leveraging relationships to discover client opportunities and potential candidates.

OBJECTIVES:

  • Manage and execute the Consultant Experience Plan.
  • Develop and foster positive and productive relationships with all consultants in order to enhance their HCTec experience.
  • Provide consultant with excellent service by being their primary point of contact.
  • Act as a liaison between consultants and administrative departments and facilitate communication.
  • Investigate and resolve service-related issues involving consultants.
  • Develop and deliver best practice engagement to improve consultant retention and build upon the company brand.
  • Develop and manage consistent communications with the consultants that will result in excellent relationships and advantageous referrals and leads.
  • Maintain high-level knowledge of company policies, programs, and procedures as well as internal systems i.e. CRMs, ATSs, VMSs, onboarding, payroll, etc.
  • Analyze and suggest recommendations for improvements in customer services systems, relations, and administration
  • Provide effective and exceptional customer service by establishing a working relationship with both internal employees and consultants through communication via phone, email, mail, or in person.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Initiate consistent and frequent communication with consultants to resolve problems, answer questions, obtain leads and referrals, and cultivate enriched relationships.
  • Gather data to manage and measure employee satisfaction by administering surveys, conducting exit interviews.
  • Leverage customer service skills to establish consultant loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot consultant issues and resolve existing problems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet and exceed the consultants’ customer service expectations.
  • Maintain detailed records of all communication and issues in ATS.
  • Manage tracking and facilitation of consultant recognition for milestones.
  • Manage and organize consultant appreciation events.
  • Work with the sales and/or recruiting team(s) to successfully redeploy consultants.

Digital Marketing Specialist (Waukesha, WI)

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing day-to-day digital marketing initiatives geared at increasing and enhancing brand awareness and lead generation. This role will work closely with the Marketing Manager and frequently collaborate with HCTec leadership, department leaders, sales, and the external marketing agency to execute strategies in alignment with product/service launches and marketing campaigns. This role requires continuous learning and in-depth working knowledge of HCTec services and industry developments. This position reports to the Marketing Manager and will work in the HCTec Waukesha, WI office.

Essential Functions: To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.

  • Assist in developing and implementing brand strategy across all digital channels in alignment with ongoing initiatives
  • Manage social media presence across channels through the development and curation of organic and paid social content
  • Work jointly with internal/external teams to update landing pages and maintain the functionality of company website and intranet
  • Perform keyword research, track keyword rankings and traffic coming from organic search, and develop optimization strategies
  • Evaluate and perform on-page SEO techniques
  • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns against KPIs
  • Identify and provide thought leadership ideas and industry perspective for education or utilization within initiatives
  • Develop and execute successful email marketing campaigns
  • Management of CRM, including maintaining and refining CRM contact lists and qualifying website inquiries/leads in conjunction with the Sales team
  • Provide support in areas that may include collateral development, basic graphic design, conference/events, etc.

  • Must be self-motivated, deadline-driven, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

Experience:

  • Experience creating and deploying diversified digital and creative content for a B2B multi-site organization is preferred
  • Working knowledge of various CRM, CMS, and collaborative platforms, social media channels, Microsoft 365 applications, and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Foundational understanding of website development and optimization, SEO strategy, and marketing analytics tools
