The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing candidates via cold calling and market research as well as other creative proactive techniques and for providing full life cycle recruiting support for IT and HIT job openings. Partners with clients, internal Account Executives and Support Services to place high-performing application development and maintenance talent.

Recruiting

  • Source and identify leads for open positions through various channels including Internet job boards, Internet data research, resume databases, associations, networking, and more.
  • Evaluate candidates’ resumes against job requirements and quality candidates by assessing both technical capabilities and general fit for role.
  • Scheduling interviews for qualified candidates with recruiters and Interviews, prepares and debriefs candidates as required.
  • Contacts, interviews, prepare resumes and checks references for interested, qualified candidates.

  • Build relationships with candidates to ensure all needs related to the project are addressed and escalated if necessary.
  • Communicate information to the consultant or Account Manager including managerial feedback, compensation conversation, and general feedback or concerns.
  • Maintains connection with placed employees; Strives to re-assign high performing talent.
  • Assist candidates in answering questions they have related to the position including but not limited to payroll, benefits, time off, travel and holiday pay.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience. Also, experience with use of CRM, as well as search tools such as Boolean strings, Dice, LinkedIn and Career Builder

Inside Sales Business Development Representative

This position is located onsite in our Brentwood, TN office

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Inside Sales Business Development Representative is primarily responsible for outbound calls to potential clients to identify and qualify sales leads and schedule initial prospect meetings for the HCTec sales team. The candidate will be required to make a high volume of calls on a regular basis as well as creating and distributing electronic marketing information to prospects. This position will work closely with and report directly to the Senior Vice President of Sales. This is a hybrid in-office position, located in Brentwood, TN.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

To be successful in this role, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.

  • Drive sales pipeline growth by identifying and securing sales appointments with appropriate buyers in HCTec’s target markets.
  • Create market interest by executing lead generation activities such as call and email campaigns, surveys, and promotions.
  • Is responsible for client follow-up to schedule the next meeting and suggest additional HCTec services.
  • Attend sales calls with the Sales team, as required.
  • Learn and demonstrate strong knowledge of HCTec’s services to identify prospect needs when qualifying them as a potential client.
  • Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a professional manner during all interactions with prospects and/or current clients. (ie: phone, email, texting, etc.).
  • Create and manage the delivery of automated electronic messages for mass email campaigns.
  • Keep updated and complete documentation of each call and interaction in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospects’ inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Exhibit a positive rapport with potential clients, while being patient and understanding in all interactions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in HCTec’s lead generation process.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred; Equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in an inside sales, lead generation or similar role. (IT/Technical Sales experience is a plus)
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
